Get to Know Lydia
I am passionate about providing mental health support to all.
In addition to being an OCD therapist, I am a hiker, trail runner, skier, and mountain biker. I feel most at peace when I am in nature. I enjoy challenging myself on the trails, and I often use a run or hike to process difficult experiences. I spent my youth exploring the mountains of Maine and Vermont, and I’m now proud to reside in the mountains of Colorado with my partner and our dog Luna.
While pursuing my Master of Social Work, I spent a year working in a nature-based residential treatment center for teens and young adults. I would love to talk with you about how nature can be used as a tool for improving mental health.
I did my Master’s capstone project on Adult Children of Alcoholics. I am passionate about supporting people who grew up in homes where alcohol use disorder was present.
I also facilitate an OCD consultation group for OCD therapists, providing collaboration and case consultation.
